Way of the Navajo

We spent many years working with native American tribes in the south western states of the USA.
This film is a celebration of our time spent on the Navajo reservation and a dedication to all the friends we met out there.

Navajos, or Dine, are one of 400 Native American tribes currently recognised by the US government.

Of the 150,000 people living on the Navajo reservation despite its isolation and intense poverty, many are struggling to retain their traditional ways – their language, spiritual beliefs and ceremonies, and a culture rich in it’s own history and tradition completely unlike that of the dominant white, middle class American culture.
