Staff CPD training – Digital Media across the Curriculum >
We have worked extensively with staff in schools from both Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire to equip them and develop confidence in using digital media technologies in their classrooms and across the curriculum.
Our tailored staff CPD training sessions can refresh your staff with new and current ICT and digital media techniques to enhance their classrooms and that of their pupils. Sessions can be held as either after school twilight sessions or INSET days. We work in both primary and secondary school settings.
CPD sessions for schools include :

- Whole school INSET days to devise strategies for embedding digital media in school improvement plans
- Crossing Curriculum Boarders – ideas for cross-curricula project working
Our specialist areas for staff CPD training include :
- digital media
- film making
- web design
- photo book production
- apple technologies – iPods, iPads, iOS apps
Creativity now ranks with literacy and numeracy
Creativity, in fact, is now becoming a sought-after skill in all walks of life. According to a survey, Creativity in the Classroom, by digital media specialist Adobe, some 77% of employers and higher education lecturers quizzed said that they viewed “creativity” – interpreted as the ability to generate ideas, developing online content, delivering persuasive, polished presentations or being imaginative problem-solvers – as an “as an essential or important skill”, alongside the basic ones of literacy and numeracy.
